Efusion is passionate about solving business’ email challenges. Most people look at email as a very simple, basic tool for communicating within their businesses and with customers. We don’t. We view email as an extensible platform capable of solving complex IT and Operational challenges when integrated with the power of an ECM. It is quite exciting to work with cool technology that can directly impact a business’ bottom line.
We primarily work with resellers, integrators and VARs to come up with email integration solutions for their customers. By leveraging our many years of business experience using and managing ECM software suites, we have been able to help our channel partners demonstrate the value of their customers’ ECM investments. Reducing OPEX, ensuring document retention compliance, keeping track of customer communications and Business Process Management email solutions are what gets us up in the morning. For one of our energy customers, we helped them save about $25 M in OPEX over the last 5 years. How cool is that?!
